Withdrawal from the Contract

 

This form is used to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract.

 

How to proceed – step by step:

1. Enter the Order Number for the order from which you wish to withdraw.

2. Enter the email address used when placing the order. Based on this email address, we will automatically fill in the   remaining information, which you can edit if necessary.

3. Select the Subject of Withdrawal, where you can choose either a specific item or the entire order.

4. Enter the bank account number / IBAN to which you would like the refund to be sent.

5. You may upload supporting files, such as a photo of damaged goods, using the Attachments section (optional).

6. Click Submit Form to complete your request. A Confirmation of Withdrawal from the Contract, including the completed information, will be sent to your email address.

7. Please print the Confirmation of Withdrawal from the Contract and include it in the package you return to:
